Athletics

Sports are an instrumental channel for fostering Christian character and a disciplined lifestyle. We are pleased to have an ever-growing and improving sports program. We feel that our sports should revolve around the following characteristics in order to glorify God in our athletics!

Each sport will involve tryouts, with regularly scheduled practices. Practice and game schedules will be provided at the beginning of each season. We are members of the Space Coast Association and the Florida High School Activities Association (FHSAA). In the current school year, CCS will be offering the following after-school programs:

FALL SPORTS: Girls Volleyball, Boys & Girls Swimming

WINTER SPORTS: Boys & Girls Basketball, Elementary Soccer

SPRING SPORTS: Baseball

A participation fee is required for each sport and will be applied toward equipment, uniforms and awards. All fees will be billed to the family’s account after tryouts have been completed. Uniforms must be returned before a student may participate in the next sports program. Report cards will be held if the uniforms are not returned.

Every Junior and Senior High student who participates in a sport is required to have a current physical. These are mandatory and may be turned in to the coach at the first scheduled practice.
