Linda Knipfer

I am from a small town in Northern Kentucky called Ludlow.  I lived there most of my “growing up” and young married years.  I have lived in Florida for approximately 23 years.

I graduated from Bob Jones University in Greenville, S. Carolina with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Education.  I have been a teacher for almost 15 years, teaching first and second grades, High School English, Word Processing, Government, and Economics.  For the past 8 years I have taught fourth grade here at CCS.

I came to know the Lord as my Savior when I was 21 years old, just a few months after my first child was born. The people who impacted my life were my grandfather and my sister-in-law.  Both were spiritual giants who lived and shared their faith, with love and compassion.  The verse that helped me as a new Christian and as a reminder throughout my life is:  Galatians 2:20 – “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave Himself for me.”

Teaching at CCS has been a real blessing to me.  I know the Lord led me here and I know he is still leading me as I serve alongside a group of dedicated teachers and staff as we minister to students who come through these doors each day.  Hopefully we can keep our eyes on the goal of helping our students to become equipped for their future Christian walk and service for Him.
