Teresa Murphy

Teresa MurphyAfter graduating from Eau Gallie High School in 1981, I went to the University of Central Florida for a year, then got married to Patrick Murphy, and we moved to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.  While my husband was serving in the Air Force at KI Sawyer AFB, I completed my bachelor’s degree in Accounting at Northern Michigan University.

After we returned to Melbourne in 1985, I was mostly a stay at home mom and homeschooled my 3 children.  I have had several part time bookkeeping jobs in the business world and in nonprofit organizations.  I became the bookkeeper at  CCS in the summer of 2007.  Working part time at the school and from my home has allowed me to continue homeschooling my youngest child.

I have enjoyed the challenges and blessings as I have seen God do the impossible in my own life and in the life of the school.  I count it a privilege to work with such Godly men and women and to serve God by doing something I thoroughly love to do!

Psalm 73: 25-26 “Whom have I in heaven but You?  And earth has nothing I desire besides You.  My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.”
