Beginning with the Fall 2016-17 school year, CCS began providing a unique educational opportunity. The Educational Success Program (ESP) offers an innovative approach towards the education of our community’s nontraditional learners. ESP challenges young minds to achieve their individual learning potential by teaching them the way that they learn best. Lessons are taught considering multiple learning styles (visual, auditory, and kinesthetic) so that each type of learner may benefit. This method is made possible by our oversized classrooms and extremely low student-to-teacher ratios.
Relationship Based Learning
We believe parents, teachers, and students must be engaged and actively involved to help students succeed. With ongoing communication, progress tracking, and frequent teacher conferences we can work together, as a team, to help each student become the best they can be.
Most importantly, God is at the center of each student’s education. Each student is taught to put God first and to be constantly seeking a deeper relationship with Him. Furthermore, all decisions made along each student’s academic path are prayerfully considered before being implemented.
Customized Education Approach
Teachers and administrators take the time to get to know each student for the wonderful individual God made them to be! We then use our knowledge of each student’s academic, social, and spiritual needs to design custom learning paths for each child. This helps every child find pride in their work, overcome obstacles to success, and reach their individual learning potential.
The Fun Factor
At ESP, we believe that learning can and should be fun, involving both structure and exploration, hard work and laughter. When learning is fun, students can’t wait to come learn, discover, and grow!
Our teachers skillfully combine cutting-edge technology with hands-on discovery and exploration. We put the latest technology at your child’s fingertips, preparing them for success in the 21st century. From digital projectors, to laptops and iPads, our teachers balance solid curriculum with technology-based learning.
